    Order Status and Shipping

    Where is my order?

    Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven’t received it yet, your item may still be in production or on pre-order.

    Is my order shipped out? Tracking says “Shipping Label Create”

    This means your order is ready for pickup by the carrier. Once scanned, tracking will update within 24–48 hour

    Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?

    Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us your order number and new address as soon as possible and we will happily update it for you if the order is still in our warehouse

    Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout. All customs duties and import taxes are automatically calculated at checkout based on your country’s specific regulations. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not set, controlled, or collected by us. We do not receive any portion of these funds.

    Can I choose express shipping?

    Yes, express options like FedEx 2-Day and Fedex Overnight are available at checkout or by request before your order ships.

    What is your return policy?

    Returns and exchanges are accepted for store credit only. You have 14 days from the date of purchase (or delivery/pickup for online orders) to request an exchange. To qualify, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

    We can not accept returns or exchanges for items bought at other stores.

    My package says delivered but it hasn't arrived.

    We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit. If your package says delivered but has not arrived, please email us at team@eliou-eliou.com so we can assist with filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

    We do not offer refunds or credits for packages that say delivered.

    Do you accept exchanges after 14 days?

    Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate exchanges after the 14 day mark. All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted due to manufacturing issues or product damages.

    My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

    Email us photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours. We’ll replace the piece or issue store credit as quickly as possible. For assistance please email team@eliou-eliou.com

    Do your jewelry pieces tarnish?

    Many of our gold-plated pieces are made of high-quality 18k gold-plated brass and designed for durability and daily wear, but we recommend avoiding water and harsh chemicals for longevity.

    Are the pearls real?

    All of our pearl items use genuine freshwater pearls unless otherwise stated.

    Where are your clothes produced?

    All of our ready-to-wear is manufactured in Brazil. Our crocheted pieces are entirely handmade by female artisans in Brazil, and because of this, items are  produced in very limited quantities and not always available for restock. 

    What do you suggest wearing underneath sheer or unlined items?

    Many of our pieces are intentionally unlined, while select styles include built-in or detachable lining. For unlined garments, we recommend skin-tone, seamless undergarments for a smooth and discreet finish.

    Can I place a custom order or modify a piece?

    Some styles can be customized depending on materials. Please email team@eliou-eliou.com with your request and we’ll get back to you with more information.

    Do you restock sold-out items?

    Occasionally some items are restocked, while others are limited edition and once sold our are gone for good.

    Sign up for back-in-stock alerts on the product page to be notified if we restock the item you’re interested in.

    Why was my order canceled?

    Though rare, it's possible an item may have been oversold and was no longer available. In this case, we process your refund right away back to your original payment method.
