It takes five days to complete each Joao Patchwork Shirt. The crocheted patches are first hand made by Duda's three aunts, Tia Zezeca, Tia Rosa and Tia Vera in Duda's mom's living room in Brazil. The patches are methodically sewn onto a white linen button down shirt who's pattern was developed by Duda's mom, Ingrid. When you wear this shirt you'll know each stitch was purposely done and represents a sense of family and artisanal skill.
